A highly respected former Chairman of NIBA NSW Board and current sitting member with over 15 years of active involvement. With more than 35 years’ experience globally within large and complex risks, 10 years in North America with international Broking and Underwriting operations and more than 25 years’ experience in the local Australian market with international and National Insurance Brokers. Specialising in innovative tailored Insurance programs, underwriting /risk management solutions for clients and accessing Insurer’s, Local and London, North American and SE Asian markets, providing clients (including ASX 100’s, PPP partnerships and Regional representation for Global captives) with risk solutions that create value, coverage and more importantly, a proactive client experience.

Further, clients value access to the London Market, London Companies Markets and Lloyds, all markets supported by in some cases, 30+ year relationships held by our CEO and GM of International Placements, John May.

Paul Roworth

Paul has more than 35 years’ experience in all facets of the insurance broking industry, including 10 years in Asia stationed in China, Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. During his years of experience in the construction and general insurance sector, Paul has gained specialist knowledge in a broad range of insurance products including extensive experience in construction gained locally and in Asia. Paul understands the importance of providing exceptional insurance services and his strong technical insurance knowledge ensures that clients receive the best possible expert advice. Although specialising in construction insurance, currently, a general insurance broker with extensive experience across a variety of industries, including the government sector and SME, across all lines of coverage.

John Hayward

John has accumulated a wealth of knowledge over his 30 + years General Insurance experience, working in many classes of General insurance including, Oil and Gas exploration, Construction, Sports and Leisure, Entertainment, Film & TV and many more, using local and international insurer’s, to achieve the right outcome for his clients.

John has joined IIRSA from one of the world’s largest Broking bringing with him a culture of service and a willingness to get things done.

Rob Tremble

Robert joined the Steadfast Group in September 2011 to work within the NSW Corporate Broking division. With more than 20 years’ experience in General Insurance predominantly as a Corporate Property underwriter, Robert has worked for local and Internationally recognised Insurance Companies such as Allianz, Chubb and Zurich.

As our specialist in high end commercial property risks, Robert draws on his wealth of knowledge and experience to service and manage our complex portfolios for our commercial and corporate clients.

Badiha Oueik

Previously worked with General insurance underwriter NRMA for 15 Years, during my time with NRMA, I worked across the board with the claims department, underwriting and sales and service teams. My area of speciality is in Domestic, Residential, landlord, Strata and SME.

I was the official translator for NRMA and am competent in speaking Arabic.

Nadia swiftly became a reliable go-to expert for clients seeking tailored coverage solutions.

Prior to this, I contributed to various roles that strengthened my interpersonal skills and adaptability in client-facing environments. My proficiency in Arabic allows me to connect with a broader range of clients, further enhancing the service experience I provide.
